Inmiddels staan we al weer een tijdje stil met optredens, maar er lijkt wat licht aan de horizon te ontstaan. We hopen dat we aan het eind van het jaar weer live shows kunnen gaan spelen. Daar hebben we uiteraard veel zin in. Tot die tijd zullen we het nog even met online sessies moeten doen. Recentelijk hebben wij thuis acoustisch vier nummers van ons debuut album Tornadoes and Quicksand opgenomen. Donderdag 27 mei a.s. om 20.00 uur is de première van de acoustic at home sessions op ons YouTube kanaal. Zorg dat je er klaar voor zit!
In the meantime we have been standing still for a while with performances, but some light seems to be emerging on the horizon. We hope that we will be able to play live shows again at the end of the year. We are of course looking forward to that. Until then, we will have to entertain each other with online sessions. We recently recorded four songs from our debut album Tornadoes and Quicksand at home. The premiere of the acoustic at home sessions on our YouTube channel will take place on Thursday 27 May at 8 pm. Gelukkig nieuw jaar! We hopen dat 2021 weer live muziek gaat brengen en we met elkaar daarvan kunnen gaan genieten in goede gezondheid! Tot die tijd moeten we het nog even met alternatieven doen. Van 15 tot en met 17 januari zal Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS) weer plaatsvinden, hetzij dit jaar volledig digitaal. Ook wij zullen niet live spelen. Wel zullen wij gedurende ESNS elke dag een live video online zetten. Houd daarvoor ons YouTube kanaal en onze social media in de gaten!
Pinguin Radio organiseert verder streamsonic, een online video showcase tijdens ESNS. Ook van ons zal er tijdens streamsonic een live video van 15 minuten worden gestreamd. Je kunt streamsonic digitaal bijwonen en bekijken op 13 – 16 januari via www.streamsonic.nl
Daarnaast zit een release show voor ons uitgebrachte debuut album Tornadoes and Quicksand er op dit moment nog niet in. Zodra de covid maatregelen het weer toelaten, gaan wij de studio in om Tornadoes and Quicksand integraal te spelen en zullen wij de live opnames uitbrengen. We houden jullie hierover op de hoogte!
Happy New Year! We hope that 2021 will bring live music again and that we can enjoy it together in good health! Until then, we have to do some alternatives. From 15 to 17 January Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS) will take place again, be it completely digital this year. We will not play live either. We will, however, put a live video online every day during ESNS. Keep an eye on our YouTube channel and our social media!
